Antonie heads up the kitchen and has been cooking locally and abroad for the last 10 years. He graduate from the Cape Peninsula university of technology in 1999 and left Sa for Switzerland to become part of Absolute Tours Europe. During his 5 years with the company in Verbier Switzerland Antonie cooked for Sa’s A-List. After leaving Switzerland he worked at the Ardeonaig Hotel in the Scottish highlands, voted most romantic hotel and best inn in Britain. All the traveling and work eventually lead back to where he finds himself today producing only the best in plated or buffet creations for that special wedding or corporate event. Nikki is at the head of our Administration Team and also Senior Consultant/Coordinator next to Marina. During this time she also graduate from the International Hotel School in Cape Town and started working at the renowned Cape Grace Hotel. She was headhunted by Absolute tours in 2005 and offered a contract to work with George Skaris’ South African team in Verbier Switzerland. She later formed part of the new Resort Sales Team, managing bookings for groups in both the spa and hotel. The Ardeonaig boutique Hotel was the next stop for Nikki and played a large part in the Scottish Inn winning best Inn in Britain with her being the hotel duty manager at the time of the awards. We will fully stock and staff our mobile bar, tailored specifically to your event. Within our mobile bar hire service we can supply a mobile bar structure, a liquor licence, all stock and refrigeration. Our dedication to our industry sees our event managers giving the same attention to detail at a private party with twenty-five guests as they do to our larger weddings and corporate events as well as our new pop-up bars for private Wine Estates, Brewers and Distillers. On the one hand, our experience of more than 30 years in the Catering and service industry, and on the other hand, a new concept to promote the cuisines of the world through our specialist chef. We take special care to the development of themes in order to bring new flavours, taste, textures, decorations and overall presentation to our clients and events. At Antoinette Events Wedding Flowers we offer relaxed one-to-one consultations with brides. As commercial florists with over thirty years’ experience we are able to listen to a brides’ ideas then advise and turn those dreams into reality. We cater for church weddings, civil ceremonies and civil partnerships as well as reception decoration in both Venues and Marquees.
