Reflexology: I work on the reflexes in the feet, ankles and lower legs, which correspond to every organ and tissue in the rest of the body. Reflexology is incredibly relaxing and revitalising. It helps with stress, lymph drainage and detoxification, the health of internal organs, nerve function and is very useful after surjery or injury for speeding recovery.  A treatment lasts about an hour.

Bio-Energy Massage: Contains elements of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and lymph drainage. A very thorough and delightful massage. There are two options available: back, neck and shoulders (45 mins to an hour) and back,neck,shoulders, legs and feet (one hour plus).

Barefoot Indian Rope Massage - our premium massage. This is the Rolls Royce of treatments and the best massage you will ever get. Although the feet are used instead of hands, you would never know it. I have ropes above my head for support and am always standing on one foot or the other while I use the other foot to massage. You are also lying on the floor (on top of padding), which means my centre of gravity is right over your body, as oposed to being further back, a much better position for a therapist.The pressure from the feet is stronger and more even and the surface area covered greater than a massage with hands and therefore can be deeper and kinder. It's a true full-body experience because I can massage things like the hands, arms, front of shoulders and thighs etc. - all of which are difficult to treat with conventional massage on a massage bed. (one hour plus treatment)

Indian Head Massage: Just like the feet, the head has reflexes that correspond to every part of the body. This is a very repetitive, almost mesmerizing and deeply relaxing massage, enjoyed by those who like to have their heads massaged. Besides the head, the neck, shoulders, face and ears are also covered. ( 30-40 minutes)
